I am always trying to think of different ideas for Christmas tree decorations and I often like to use these little tree decorations as gift tags for Christmas presents – they are a great way of personalising a gift and it also adds a little extra present into the gift too!. and you can customise these to the recipients favourite colours so they know which gift is for who. My most recent Christmas tree decoration which I have used on a lot of gifts this year is a crochet folded Christmas tree with button detail – I have trees made in all different colours ready to go onto gift bags!
These little folded crochet trees are a great way to use up small amounts of leftover wool and any spare buttons – I love a project that can use up some of the smaller amounts of wool and odd buttons I have, its a great way to make space for more! I also have a sewing tutorial available for a folded fabric and button version.
