I like to try and sneak in a few snowflakes on all my Christmas themed cross stitch projects, I always think they add in just a little more Christmassy-ness. When adding in the snowflake details the snowflakes also look really nice in metallic threads if you have any to hand, and a mix of both metallic and non metallic looks great too.

I have a few different snowflake designs I use and have incorporated three of them into the pattern below to choose from. They are a range of different sizes as sometimes you may only want a small snowflake detail compared to others when you have a lot more space to fill and can use a larger snowflake.
